摘要
在全球经济一体化的趋势下,多元文化生态逐渐成为企业发展的重要影响因素。本研究旨在探究国内企业在多元文化生态中如何提升生产管理效能并有效化解潜在风险。通过对相关文献的综述、案例分析及实证研究,本研究发现,企业在多元文化生态下,通过实施多元化融合管理策略、加强跨文化培训与沟通机制、优化多元化团队管理与激励机制,能够显著提升生产管理效能。特别是文化融合与多元化融合管理策略的实施,有助于减少文化冲突,增强团队协作效率。此外,本研究还指出,企业在多元文化生态中面临的文化差异带来的挑战不容忽视,通过建立完善的挑战评估与应对机制,企业能够有效降低风险,保障生产管理的顺利进行。实证研究结果进一步验证了上述路径的有效性,为国内企业在多元文化生态中优化生产管理提供了有力的理论支撑和实践指导。

ABSTRACT
In the context of globalization, multicultural ecology has gradually become an important influencing factor for the development of enterprises. This study aims to explore how domestic enterprises can enhance production management efficiency and effectively mitigate potential risks in a multicultural ecosystem. Through a review of relevant literature, case analysis, and empirical research, this study found that in a multicultural ecosystem, enterprises can significantly improve production management efficiency by implementing inclusive management strategies, strengthening cross-cultural training and communication mechanisms, optimizing diversified team management and incentive mechanisms. Especially the implementation of cultural integration and inclusive management strategies can help reduce cultural conflicts and enhance team collaboration efficiency. In addition, this study also points out that the cultural conflict risk faced by enterprises in a multicultural ecosystem cannot be ignored. By establishing a sound risk assessment and response mechanism, enterprises can effectively reduce risks and ensure the smooth progress of production management. The empirical research results further verify the effectiveness of the above path, providing strong theoretical support and practical guidance for domestic enterprises to optimize production management in a multicultural ecosystem.
