职位描述
岗位职责：
Purpose of position ：
Responsible for the materials management function related to the planning,procurement,storage, control and distribution of materials and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements.
Manages the materials function to meet or exceed budgeted profit objectives.
RESPONSIBILITY ：
1.Develop the work process and methods to improve the cost and efficiency of supply chain
2.  Provides management for supplier development, supplier relationships, supplier negotiations and supplier performance measurement.
Maintain an approved supplier list and support Supplier Quality and R&D for identify and develop the new supplier or second sources for identify and develop the new
3. Coordinate with all related functions to ensure the planning of material and the shipments finished goods can meet the
requirements of customers and anticipating any problems that may arise to hinder us to meet our customers requirements
such as shortage of material etc.
4. Maintain and update all necessary information of the fourthshift system as required and the system is running smoothly
that can meet our production & material requirement. -Implement JIT as far as possible through out the production
and material delivery system.
5. Run our present warehouse to meet FIFO policy and control the inventory level of materials and finished products
to meet company’s goal.
6. Generate and analyze management reports in an accurate and timely manner. Anticipate and solve any foreseeable problems
that may hinder the production from meeting our customer requirement.
7. Evaluate performance of staff regularly. Ensure proper level of technical and management training for self and staff,
especially to train the staff to maintain honest, fair, ethical and effective relationships with vendors and service providers.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
9. Lead, manage and develop Logistics-related, policies and procedures, with the objective of achieving the lowest cost, best

任职资格：
Job Requirment  ：
1.University degree
2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in Log.
3. Comprehend operating procedure in other Dept.
4. WCM related pillar's Knowledge and Skills
5. Knowledg and skills about OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001
